If our product does not meet your needs or the size is wrong, you may exchange it. If you want your product to be exchanged, you have to return it within 30 days from delivery date.

Exceeding this period may be the basis for rejection of your claim.

In case of exchange you need to:
1 - Fill out the exchange form carefully (download the exchange form)
2- Send the product* back to be exchanged with the form via the delivery company or Poczta Polska at your own expense

3- Pay the fee for the return shipment (16 PLN)

* The product to be replaced:
- has to be in the original packaging and have all tags intact
- cannot have any traces of use, such as: odour or soil,
which would indicate the product was used or improperly tried on
The conditions listed above have to be met for the exchange to be processed: otherwise, your claim may be rejected.

In case of return you need to:
1 - Fill out the return form carefully (download the return form)
2- Send the back product with the return form via the delivery company or Poczta Polska at your own expense

3- Attach a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

If the product you received is faulty, you may submit a complaint.

In case of complaint, you need to:
1- Fill out the complaint form carefully (download the complaint form)
2- Send the product back with the complaint form via the delivery company or Poczta Polska at your own expense
